Option 8 "BitLocker Unlock / Manage" can now turn BitLocker ON: when no partition is encrypted (or when you pick a decrypted partition), the app offers to enable BitLocker on the Windows partition or any other fixed partition - encryption uses only the used space, creates a recovery password and skips the hardware test so it works even without a TPM, shows and offers to save the recovery key the moment it is created, and when enabling fails it can fix the usual causes (conflicting local BitLocker policies, or allowing BitLocker without a TPM) and retry automatically.
Rebuilding a corrupted BCD now repairs only the entries that are actually broken, instead of overwriting the whole store: when the default Windows Boot Loader points at the wrong path (or its recovery flag is off), the app corrects that entry in place, deletes a stray duplicate loader, and re-checks - the full rebuild runs only if that selective fix does not clear the problem.

Stopping or closing now confirms first, then terminates the running command and skips every remaining step; partition format, permission repair, CHKDSK and MBR2GPT cannot be interrupted and say so.
The System Files row now verifies each of the 24 boot-critical files against its Microsoft code signature, so modified or replaced files are reported too, not just missing ones.
Replacing a boot-critical file now backs it up, verifies the new copy and reverts on failure; it offers other install media when WinSxS has no copy, and a restore option puts the original back.

Create Rescue USB: turn a USB stick into a bootable repair drive that starts the toolkit even when Windows will not start, using this PC's own recovery image or your Windows ISO (an already-mounted ISO or DVD included) - no downloads and no Windows ADK. The wizard refuses internal disks, works only on FAT32 sticks, shows the space it needs plus 512 MB before it formats anything, logs every step with its percentage and a colour-coded verdict, and the summary, boot menu and README on the stick all explain that the first start can take up to 3 minutes on a slow USB port.

Sending us your log is now safe: email addresses, activation codes, Request Codes, BitLocker recovery keys and activation key-file names are redacted in the on-screen log, the session log and a saved log before the line is written, while GUIDs, dates and paths stay readable - and "Show Recovery Key" now shows the key in its own dialog, where the log only reads ***.
The reboot-to-Windows-Recovery prompt shown when WinRE is disabled now offers Enable Recovery and Close: enabling runs the one-click WinRE enable and continues the reboot when WinRE came up enabled.
When no wired local network is up, the offline connection wizard selects the Wi-Fi interface by itself and names it in the wizard log, so only the network name and password have to be typed.
The Convert MBR to GPT option now stays visible on GPT systems as a greyed-out option that explains, when clicked, that the disk already uses the GPT partition style and needs no conversion.
Creating a rescue USB now keeps the license and activation files that are already on the target drive: they are saved before the drive is formatted and copied back as soon as the build has finished, and when that is not possible anymore the log says where the saved copies were kept.
Target "Not Detected" now explains when the internal disk is empty or holds no Windows files, repeats that message after troubleshooting, and offers Load Driver only when another disk could be hidden.
The rescue USB "Done" page now has an "Open USB folder" button that opens the stick in Explorer and says when the activation key was copied onto it.
Startup no longer waits for the license check: the main window opens at the same speed whether the app is activated or not, and the PRO/FREE badge appears right after the window opens.
Pinned highlights in the crash-dump module list: the suspected cause sits first, the last module loaded before the crash second, and hovering either row explains the highlight.
The repair progress bar now shows real tool progress: DISM percentages land on the bar exactly as reported instead of racing up to 95% and freezing, CHKDSK moves the bar through its five stages, and the running percentage in the log matches the bar and the status line.
SFC repair now shows its real verification percentage on the progress bar, like DISM and CHKDSK already did: sfc only writes through console APIs, so the old pipe-based runner could never see its progress and every SFC repair ran behind an idle pulse for its whole 10-30 minutes - repairs now run through a pseudoconsole so "Verification 20% complete" lands on the bar and in the status line as it happens, with the few real output lines still written to the log.
After you confirm a BSOD repair, the BSOD analysis dialog now closes immediately instead of staying on top for the whole run, so every repair step streams live into the main window log while the commands execute.
Analyze && Fix BSOD: the Device Manager step is now its own option below the Fix Steps box: ticking it deselects the fix steps and runs only Device Manager, in the main dialog and in the double-click sub-dialog alike; it names the suspected device instead of only the raw driver file, shows that Device Manager does not apply when the dump points to a Windows kernel component, opens with the suspect device preselected, and the crash dump analysis memo got more room.

Which Windows versions are supported?

The toolkit is a 64-bit (x64) application: it does not run on 32-bit Windows editions, and it needs 64-bit WinPE media when you start it from a USB stick. Does it recover deleted files?

No — this is a startup/boot repair tool, not a data-recovery tool. It gets your PC booting again so you can reach your files; it doesn't undelete files. (In fact, repairing the boot instead of reinstalling Windows is often what saves your data.)
